The Frederick County High School Football 110% Scholarship Awards has awarded to date over $60,000 in college scholarships to senior student-athletes who played high school football in Frederick County and are pursuing a higher education.  The award recipients are nominated by their football coach and guidance counselors.  A selection committee than chooses the winners.
