bulletCommittee Reports:

 1.                  Apparel:  Rick Preston reports we have purple Gym style bags with the name and location of our nest along with the Chamber Logo.  This bag is perfect for those of you who enjoy working out or those members who travel as this bag would make a perfect carry on luggage. The cost is only $20.00.

 2.                  Parking Lot:  Rick Preston – no news at this time.

 3.                  Frederick County High School Football 110% Scholarship:  Paul Smith stated as previously discussed that we would NOT hold the banquet at Ceresville Mansion this year.  We will hold a smaller gathering at Morgan’s for the winners and their families at a date TBD.  We will also have representatives from Nest #3 attend the scholarship ceremonies at each of the recipients’ schools to present their award, typically the 1st week of June.  Please contact either Paul S. or Holly S. if you would like to volunteer.

 4.                  Golf Tournament: Mike Farrell: Planning for next year’s outing has not started yet but if there is anyone that has any business contacts in the Frederick area; please attempt to get them involved in this event next year as a participant or a sponsor.

You will be reimbursed by the Nest for all purchases.  Santa and his volunteers will be heading to the S-L school the week before Christmas.   If you are interested please contact, Holly ASAP!!  HTSimpson1@aol.com.  Mark S. made a motion that volunteers would purchase gifts for the S-L kids not to exceed $1200.00 total.  Brian D. seconded and the motion passed.
